Claymont is a property development and construction group based in Perth, Western Australia, specialising in smaller, low maintenance residential homes, inner-city apartments, land subdivision and commercial properties.

Claymont started its development activities in June 2000 through a joint venture to develop a 312 lots residential land subdivision at Cranbourne, South East of Melbourne in Victoria. The project was successfully undertaken in 10 stages over a period of 4 years.

Being Perth based, Claymont shifted its primary focus to Western Australia, acquiring land holdings in Southern River, Hammond Park, Maddington, Gingin, East Perth, Ellenbrook and Currambine.

Claymont has successfully completed numerous projects across Australia which include:

312 residential land subdivision at Cranbourne, Melbourne
44 house-and-land packages at Frankland Court Villas, Hammond Park
7 house-and-land packages at Ellenbrook Cottage Homes, Ellenbrook
24 house-and-land packages at Parklane Cottage Homes, Southern River
63 house-and-land packages at Centra Currambine
44 inner city apartments and commercial units at Urbano Uno and Urbano Due, East Perth
49 residential land subdivision at Ormond Glades, Hampton Park, Victoria

Claymont has multiple projects currently underway with a total value approximately AUD250 million. Three of the main projects are in Perth, Western Australia which include:

Over 500 homes in two housing estates to be carried out jointly through Claymont's development and in-house construction companies under complete turnkey house-and-land packages, with a combined value of approximately AUD200 million. Park Avenue Estate in Southern River is a 351 lots subdivision and Canning Rise Estate in Maddington is a 182 lots subdivision.
1,000 acres semi-rural subdivision project known as Cheriton Country Estate underway in Gingin, Western Australia with a gross development value of approximately AUD55 million.
